1.
Price
The Company reserves the right to amend any of their prices without
prior notice. Orders are accepted on condition that goods will be
invoiced at prices ruling at date of delivery.
2. Value Added Tax
All orders for goods and services are subject to standard rate of
V.A.T., on the net invoice value. Invoice date is tax point for V.A.T.
3. Payment
Where accounts have been approved for credit, payment for goods or
services becomes due within 30 days of date of invoice.
4. Ownership of Goods
The risk in the goods passes to the buyer upon delivery, but beneficial
ownership shall remain with the Company until full payment has been
received for the goods.
5. Non-Delivery or Short Delivery
Non-delivery must be notified to the Company in writing within 7 days
of invoice date, quoting invoice number. Shortages must be notified
within 3 days of receipt of original consignment. Claims cannot be
accepted if made beyond these time limits.
6. Return of goods
Goods can only be returned for credit if in new condition and by agreement
with the Company. Where goods have been supplied in accordance with
the customers instruction returns will be subject to a handling charge
of 10% of the invoice value.
7. Faulty Goods
These will be accepted for replacement providing the manufacturers
instructions for use have been followed. Pasola will only be accepted
for replacement providing it has been used in conjunction with a Paraloc.
8. Legal
Any dispute will be governed by the laws of the United Kingdom. |
