Mark started out playing drums when he was young, but switched over to guitar a little over two years ago. He picked up the guitar very quickly as he self-taught himself to play. Influenced by the likes of Howie Day and Josh Holmes, Mark started to play and record his own music in the fall of 2002. Mark has began playing live venues from Columbus, OH to Richmond, VA. His music is inspired by what is on his mind throughout different situations he has been through. Mark stated earlier at one of his shows," My music is something that I know everyone has, does, or will relate to sometime in their life." By listening to his lyrics you will begin to understand. Mark is just begining to play live and get started. He only hopes that people will hear his lyrics and music, wanting to know what is next. He is coming out with a new CD in 2004 titled, Someday.
